Lamb koftas

INGREDIENTS

lambs mince, 500g

tikka curry paste, 3tbsp

garlic, 2cloves

ginger, thumb sized piece

greek yoghurt, 100g

lemon juice, 1/2 lemon

mint, 2 sprigs




  1. Preheat oven to 200°c/gas mark 6.

  2. Grate garlic and ginger and mix with lambs mince and tikka curry paste.

  3. Shape into small pieces and brown in non-stick pan.

  4. Transfer into the oven for 10 minutes.

  5. To make the dressing, finely chop mint, squeeze lemon and mix with greek yoghurt.

  6. Serve with flatbreads & salad.
