Baked eggs with chorizo

INGREDIENTS

rye bread soldiers

olive oil, 1 tsp

cherry tomatoes, 6

spinach, 20g

sliced chorizo, 50g

large eggs, 2

chilli flakes, sprinkle

sea salt flakes, sprinkle



  1. Preheat oven to 200c/180c fan/gas mark 6.

  2. Grease oven proof dish and place all ingredients in - eggs cracked on top.

  3. Sprinkle with chilli and sea salt flakes.

  4. Bake in the oven for 12-15 mins and serve with rye soldiers,
